Do you offer online training options?

Yes, we offer both in-person and online training options for most of our courses. Our virtual training sessions are interactive and include all the materials you would receive in an in-person session.

Can you provide training at our company location?

Yes, we offer on-site training at your company location in Singapore. This can be more cost-effective for larger groups and allows us to customize the training to your specific environment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 7 days before the course.

Do you provide certification upon completion?

Yes, participants receive a certificate of completion for all our courses. For certain courses, such as ISO Lead Auditor, participants must pass an exam to receive certification.

How many participants are typically in a class?

Our classes typically have 10-15 participants to ensure quality interaction and personalized attention. For specialized or customized training, smaller group sizes can be arranged.
